Get help with a swap
Ask in the Swappy Discord (invite link discord.gg/MzmufqVznY), in the Swappy Telegram group or on X. Include your swap's reference number: the 0x… number shown as Reference at the bottom of Swappy's messages and, on Discord, in the name of your swap thread. It is how the team finds your swap.
You can often answer the question yourself first: /status with your reference number shows how your swap is doing, with a Chainflip Explorer button for every on-chain detail.
Discord and Telegram are the main support channels. If you can't use them, you can also email info@swappy.be.
Never share your wallet's seed phrase or private keys with anyone. Swappy never asks for them: all it needs are the addresses where you want to receive your swap and your refund.
