# Contact Swappy

Swappy's support happens on Discord, where the team and the community can help you.

## Get help with a swap

Join the [Swappy Discord](https://discord.gg/wwzZ7a7aQn) (invite link `discord.gg/wwzZ7a7aQn`) and ask there. Include your swap's **reference number**: the `0x…` number shown as *Reference* at the bottom of Swappy's messages and in the name of your swap thread. Swappy's swap records don't hold your Discord account, so the reference number is how the team finds your swap.

You can often answer the question yourself first: `/status` with your reference number shows how your swap is doing, with a **Chainflip Explorer** button for every on-chain detail.

Discord is the main support channel. If you can't use it, you can also email [info@swappy.be](mailto:info@swappy.be).

Never share your wallet's seed phrase or private keys with anyone. Swappy never asks for them: all it needs are the addresses where you want to receive your swap and your refund.
